It is important to know that a tour permit is required for this tour. We need to
arrange this permit 24 hours before your travel. To enable us to do this, we must
receive a photo of the photo page in all passports. Additionally, we will need all room
numbers for those travelling. All documents should be sent to us via WhatsApp 48
hours before the date of your trip.
• Travel times are restricted by the tourist police, who require day tours to
Cairo to depart from Hurghada at 02:30.
• Your pick-up time will be approximately 02:00. However, we will confirm this
for you the evening before your trip.
• You will depart from Cairo by 17:00
